" We worked with Ulli Johnson (and her colleague Coleen) off and on for a total of four years as we searched for a home in Wilmington, NC, and she was simply phenomenal. We were not the most promising clients: still living in California, and not yet ready to sell our home there, we’d show up in person every year or so to look at a property or two, and then disappear back into our lives on the West Coast. But from the beginning, Ulli was generous with her time and extensive knowledge about the area, educating us about the pros and cons of zones, properties, neighborhoods.
